The chicken has a golden - yellow skin and tender white meat that’s already seasoned. You can eat it with or without the dipping sauce. I usually don’t like sweet and savory combinations, but this dish is perfectly balanced. The pumpkin isn’t overly sweet, and the ribs aren’t too salty.
