Dallas Dining | Table13 for a Romantic Date
Today is 520 (a special date in China symbolizing love). We decided to take advantage of the day off and go out for a nice meal together. 520 isn’t a particularly significant day, but the sense of ritual makes it stand out from other ordinary days. We heard that Table13’s Beef Wellington is excellent, so we decided to give it a try! 😄 It definitely didn’t disappoint. 🥩 Beef Wellington: Their version is really well done—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. For the steak ENTRÉE ADDITIONS, we added the Lobster Oscar, which I highly recommend. It’s very flavorful, light, and refreshing, and it goes really well with the beef. 🐌 Escargot: The baked snails here felt a bit too greasy for my taste. They weren’t as good as the ones I’ve had at other French restaurants. 😋 Beef Crostini: Overall, it was pretty good, but the BBQ sauce on top made it a bit too rich. Haha. 🦞 Firecracker Lobster: The texture and flavor were both nice. Live Music: Piano performances: Monday to Thursday, 6-9 p.m. Band performances: Friday and Saturday, 6-10 p.m. The jazz music played by the elderly gentleman was quite enjoyable. 📍 Table 13 4812 Belt Line Rd, Dallas, TX 75254 🅿️ Parking: There’s plenty of parking available right in front of the restaurant. #DallasLife #GreatPlacesInDallas #FrenchCuisine #AmbianceRestaurant #DallasFrenchFood
