Dallas Explore | Must-Visit Mexican Restaurant

🌳This place is just adorable on the outside! In the old and charming downtown area of Dallas, there's a tiny gem that feels like a trip back in time. The restaurant itself is incredibly small! There are only about 5 or 6 seats for dining in. Once you're seated, it's a tight squeeze for others to move around. Food: We've visited twice and stuck with tacos both times. 1️⃣ Lengua A must-order! Although it's pricier than regular meat, the tenderness and flavor are unmatched, especially with their red sauce. 2️⃣ Prensado Similar to Al Pastor, the pork is marinated and flavorful on its own, no need for extra sauce. 3️⃣ Cabeza Their Cabeza is more like Barbacoa, slow-cooked to tenderness. It may not look the best, but it's incredibly delicious. 4️⃣ Tripa Not my favorite. The chewy texture didn't quite match well with the taco. 5️⃣ Desebrada Disappointing. It was dry and didn't improve much with the sauce. Skip this one. Service: The staff here is wonderful. One of them even came out from the kitchen to explain the dishes to me.
