Dallas Food | Boba Tea and Flavor of Asia

🎄Address:737 Grapevine Hwy, Hurst, TX 76054 But my friend says it has the best sweet and sour pork. This place is so good that it makes me forgive the one-hour wait and the waiter’s rude attitude—like a “tsk” sound directed at us. Of course, maybe it’s also because after waiting for an hour, I was just too hungry... 🛍It’s a small shop. From the entrance to the counter to the menu, everything emphasizes “don’t rush the food.” So we obediently sat with a plate of Texas-style roast chicken for over an hour. Fortunately, the roast chicken was really delicious—tender yet soft, with every piece of meat infused with the flavor of the brine. 🏨The sweet and sour pork had a golden color, was crispy but not hard, and the meat was not dry at all. Even I, who usually don’t like sweet meats, loved it. I also highly recommend the meat pancakes; it’s been a long time since I’ve tasted something so freshly out of the pan. The pancake is oily and fragrant, and the meat is very solid—one piece is enough to fill you up. 💦The eggplant was a bit oily but not greasy, and it was very tasty. The sauerkraut and pork were just right for cutting the richness. I took the leftovers home and they even made a meal the next day. The lion’s head meatballs were a bit too light for my taste. Summary: If you don’t mind the long wait, the service attitude, and the distance, I highly recommend this place. #Dallas #LifeInDallas #DallasFoodie #AroundDallas #DallasWeekend #DallasExploration
