Dallas Food | Bulla: An Underrated Gem of a Bar

I feel like I’ve tried almost every restaurant in Legacy West, big and small, but my go-to spots are still Bulla Gastrobar and North Italia. After so many visits to Bulla Gastrobar, I can confidently say that not only is their seafood paella amazing, but their cocktails are even more impressive! I’ve never had a bad drink here 😭😭. How can something be so delicious? I’m not even sure if that’s the exact name, but I order it every time! It’s sweet, with a very mild alcohol taste, and the syrup isn’t overly sweet. I beg all my friends to try it! During happy hour, it’s only $9. 2️⃣ Seafood Paella ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can never get tired of their Spanish seafood paella. There’s a generous amount of seafood on top—lots of shrimp, clams, and squid 😭. It’s not fishy at all, and with a squeeze of lemon, every bite of the seafood paella is unforgettable! 3️⃣ Margarita Flatbread ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Similar to a Margarita pizza, with tomatoes and cheese.
