I recently discovered a delicious Korean restaurant in Carrollton, located inside the 99 Ranch Market Plaza! The ambiance is pretty nice, with TVs on all four walls playing K-pop music videos from fifth and sixth generation girl groups. Two of us ordered four dishes, and the portions were huge and super affordable! Here are some recommendations: ✨ Cheese Bul-DAQ: This dish is a combination of cheese-covered spicy rice cakes and chicken. The chicken is incredibly tender, wrapped in stretchy cheese, and it’s so satisfying! The rice cakes are soft and chewy, with just a hint of spiciness. If you can handle a bit of heat, this is a must-try! The chicken here feels really fresh and tender, like the kind of fried chicken that’s limited in supply every day. ✨ Uni Bibimbab: Uni (sea urchin) bibimbap! The sea urchin is super fresh, topped with a specially seasoned sauce and mixed with rice. It’s so fragrant and delicious! The waitress told us that their sea urchin is air-flown from Japan, which explains the freshness. ✨ Spicy Braised Chicken Feet: I thought this would be stir-fried chicken feet, but it turned out to be super tender and easily deboned with just a little suckling. It’s perfect for chatting with friends while enjoying the chicken feet. A drink would go really well with this dish! I noticed they have a cocktail bar as well, so I’m planning to bring some friends here over the weekend to try their drinks. Spicy chicken feet with a drink sounds like a great combination! 📍 DAQ Korean Style Cuisine & Chicken 📍 2540 Old Denton Rd #136, Carrollton, TX 75006 #MyFoodDiary #Dallas #DallasLife #DallasFood #DallasExplore #KoreanCuisine
