The classic spicy soup is aromatic and not too hot, with plenty of dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns. It's so flavorful and addictive! The other half of the pot is a golden tomato and spicy soup, which is even more surprising! The waiter even brought us some sauerkraut to add in, making it super sour and spicy.
