Dallas Food | My New Favorite Korean Place with Amazing Fried Chicken
š„©I recently visited this Korean restaurant in Frisco, and it has quickly become my No. 1 go-to place! Restaurant Name: Chicken Barn Korean Style Cuisine Address: 9292 Warren Pkwy #350, Frisco, TX 75035 š§The Korean lady who runs the place told me she orders fresh chicken every two days. I ordered a drumstick, and it really does taste different from frozen chicken. Even someone who usually doesn't enjoy Korean sauces found it delicious. I highly recommend the Korean Sweet & Spicy flavor! š½ļøI also tried the JAPCHAE (stir-fried glass noodles), bibimbap (stone pot mixed rice), samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup), CHEESE BUL-DAK (spicy chicken with cheese), and LA GALBI (short ribs). Every dish was great! šŖ JAPCHAE is like a stir-fried medley of vegetables and noodles. It had a great wok-hei (the smoky, seared flavor from the pan). The bibimbap was flavorful and came in a generous portion. I even had leftovers for lunch the next day. LA GALBI was incredibly tenderābetter than 90% of Korean dishes I've tried. šCHEESE BUL-DAK is a must-try with its combination of spicy chicken and melted cheese. The samgyetang was quite light and not overly seasoned, which wasn't my cup of tea, but the broth was still very aromatic.
