Since Shanghai Lane opened in Dallas, I’ve been there four or five times. Overall, it’s a small shop certified by my teammate and is definitely satisfying enough for our cravings in the Dallas area. We’ve been lucky that the dishes have been consistently good every time we’ve visited. ✅ Lane Pan-Fried Buns The pan-fried buns are plump, with a crispy and fragrant bottom. It would be perfect if there were more topping options. ✅ Horsehead Nettle (Malabar Spinach) This is a dish I always finish. The dried tofu and horsehead nettle are very refreshing.
