Dallas-Fort Worth Bestie's Must-Do Itinerary🔥
Hey besties, your certified local guide is here to share the best spots in DFW!👯♀️ Dallas might not have a ton of attractions, but each one I've picked is a gem. Everyone who's visited loves them! You can cover Dallas downtown and Fort Worth in just one day each. 📍 Dallas Downtown : 1️⃣ Thanksgiving Square & Chapel This is a beautiful little chapel with a spiral, colorfully stained glass ceiling. It's also close to the famous "Big Ball" (the Globe of Commerce). 2️⃣ Dallas Museum of Art This summer, I saw Monet's Water Lilies at the Dallas Museum of Art. Right now, there's an exhibition of Frida Kahlo's works. After visiting the museum, you can take a stroll at the Nasher Sculpture Center across the street. 3️⃣ Sixth Floor Museum (Kennedy Memorial) It's named after the sixth floor of a warehouse where the assassin hid and shot President Kennedy as he drove by. 4️⃣ For the Night Owls: If you still have energy in the evening, head to Deep Ellum for some drinks and clubbing. 🍽️ Must-Try Food: Terry's Black! Their beef ribs with fat are melt-in-your-mouth and full of smoky flavor. The whole place has a classic Texas vibe. 📍 Fort Worth is actually a separate city, but together with Dallas, they form DFW, similar to DC's DMV area. 1️⃣ Stockyards (Cowboy Town) How can you come to Dallas and not visit here? It's the heart of the Western cowboy culture. In the afternoon, catch the cattle drive (11 am - 4 pm, twice a day), where longhorn cattle parade through the streets. In the evening, head to the Rodeo (Fri/Sat/Sun) to watch cowboy performances. The rodeo is a must-see! Watch cowboys lasso cattle, compete to stay on bucking broncos longer, and see girls show off their horse-riding skills. It's truly amazing! #DallasTravel #Dallas #FortWorthTravel #DFW #DFWTravel
