Dallas Hinodeya Ramen
🥭#20° Spring PLOG During one of the best weekends in Dallas with perfect weather, I recommend a place called Lowest Greenville. It’s a great spot for a leisurely stroll and some eats. You can enjoy a meal, grab some bubble tea or coffee, visit a bar, or get some ice cream. There’s also a parking lot at Uncle Julio’s (I recommend parking there). The area is pretty small but perfect for spending a few hours, soaking up the sun, and people-watching (a nice break from being indoors all the time). 🍦This time, the main goal was to try Hinodeya Ramen (right next to Uncle Julio’s). This place has several branches in California but only one in Texas. After my last disappointing ramen experience at Tsukiyoshi, I can confidently give Hinodeya five stars (considering location, taste, and service). The ramen really hit the spot for me. They offer several levels of spiciness; we went with the regular spiciness, which was noticeable but not overpowering (spicy food lovers should definitely try the hottest option haha). The broth is light and not overly salty, the noodles are perfectly chewy, there are plenty of clams, and the chashu is tender and not dry at all. After I posted about it, a friend recommended the Creamy Special, which sounds delicious. My boyfriend, who always orders edamame at ramen places, was very satisfied with their spicy edamame. The beans were still warm and firm when they arrived, and the spicy sauce was a great match. 🧡We also visited the much-talked-about LaLaLand. It looks like a quaint little house. I ordered the Butterfly Matcha Latte, which was not only visually stunning but also quite tasty. There’s also a beautiful yellow fence outside perfect for photos. 🌞Finally, we stopped by Uncle Julio’s to buy some mango dried fruit (a repurchase favorite) and some cute gummy candies (which I haven’t tried yet). Before the hot summer arrives, take the time to go out and enjoy the spring weather. #DallasEats #HinodeyaRamen
