Dallas is So Much Fun for Studying Abroad!!

I spent a long weekend in Dallas, and it totally surprised me! 🤠 Fort Worth Stockyards is a must-visit — it’s easily one of my favorite towns I’ve traveled to this year! This authentic Western cowboy town makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a real-life theme park. Everyone wears cowboy hats and boots, adding to the immersive experience. Sip on refreshing low-alcohol beer, admire the iconic longhorn cattle, and explore charming leather goods shops. The highlight? A two-hour rodeo show packed with thrilling events like horseback riding, cattle roping, and bull riding. It’s nothing like what I imagined — every moment had me on the edge of my seat, and I was completely in awe of the skilled contestants. Highly, highly recommend! 🍖 The next day, I explored the Highland Park neighborhood The mansions here are absolutely stunning — I’d say they rival Beverly Hills! And of course, I couldn’t leave without trying the iconic Texas BBQ — tender, smoky, and oh-so-delicious! 😋 If you’re studying abroad in the U.S., Dallas should definitely be on your radar.
