Dallas Italian Brunch šø Eataly Terra
šøI went for another weekend brunch, this time at the famous Eataly Terra. They actually have a dedicated brunch menu, but you can also order from the regular menu without any restrictions. šEataly Terra is known for its beautiful and delicious food. The restaurantās decor is very natural and elegant, with all the tableware and plates matching perfectly, giving off a strong Italian vibeāitās really beautiful. The brunch was no exception. We ordered three dishes from the menu, plus one scoop of ice cream and two cups of coffee. šWe were quite satisfied. The portions were generous, and we couldnāt finish everything. The flavors were great, and the presentation was perfect for us photography enthusiasts, as everything looked very refined and beautiful. We ordered the tiramisu-flavored pancake out of curiosity. When it arrived, it was a large, round pancake already sliced. Upon closer inspection, you could see that it was different from traditional pancakes and more like a chiffon cakeāvery light and airy. šThe waiter poured sauce over it using a traditional Italian coffee pot. When I took a bite, I was really impressed. The sauce itself tasted like authentic tiramisu, a mix of coffee and chocolate, and it wasnāt sweet or syrupy. The pancake itself wasnāt overly sweet either; it had more of an aromatic flavor and tasted great with the cream on top. šBest Crab Cakes in šŗšø Iāve had crab cakes in various Southern states and coastal areas, but Iāve never found them particularly delicious. Common issues include a fishy taste to the crab meat, greasiness, excessive saltiness, or too much flour paste in the mix. #DallasLife #DallasFood #BeautifulMeals #CaucasianCuisine
