Dallas Italian Restaurant POSTINO ❤️ Bruschetta Platter

😋POSTINO is a chain of Italian restaurants. There are many locations across Texas, and there has been one in downtown Dallas for a long time. The one I visited is the Southlake branch, which has been open for less than a year. 🍺The theme color of this restaurant is yellow—the logo is yellow, and they even have bright little yellow umbrellas! This place is perfect for light meals, or for those who like to order a variety of dishes without eating too much of any one thing, or for hanging out with friends and having a few drinks. Their most famous dish is the Bruschetta platter. Right now, they have a promotion where you can join for free on their official website and get this platter for free. You can choose four out of 12 different "toppings," which are served on toasted French bread and presented on a wooden board. The whole platter is just $17.99. For one person, it’s actually quite filling. I even took some leftovers home and later enjoyed them with a friend during brunch. We also ordered the classic marinara meatballs and roasted cauliflower, both of which were delicious and hit the spot! ❤️ Bruschetta: I chose four different toppings, which you can see in the picture. I thought they were all really tasty. I also specifically told the waiter that I didn’t need too much cheese, so they put less on the dishes that had cheese. I thought that was very considerate. ❤️ Roasted Cauliflower: Oh my gosh, this was amazing. The sauce is a mix of tomatoes and a bit of capers, giving it a sweet - sour - salty flavor. The cauliflower was perfectly roasted—crispy on the outside but not hard, and it retained its shape. It was just so good! #brunch #HiddenGems #FoodieFinder
