Dallas Italian San Daniele Pistachio Sausage Pizza

☕At noon, I went to this Italian restaurant with my colleagues for a working lunch. The three of us ordered a bit too much and ended up taking home a lot of pizza slices and pasta. The average cost per person was around $40. The food was decent, and if you’re in the area, you might consider coming here for a work lunch. They have lunch special pizzas. The pizza I’d highly recommend is the Pistachio Sausage Pizza 🍕. It was listed on the first line of the blackboard, and it caught my eye right away. I really love the aroma of pistachios, and the Italian sausage tasted great too. Their pizza crust is thick on the outside but very thin in the middle, which I prefer. Even the thick outer rim is crispy. This pizza is a classic, with just the right amount of cheese, a strong pistachio flavor, and salty chunks of sausage. I loved it! 🥰Another pizza we tried was the Texan, which is a Texas specialty. It has beef and green peppers, and it’s topped with several layers of sauce that tastes like Texas-style barbecue sauce—sour, salty, and a bit sweet. It was also quite good. ✅ We also ordered a baked fish, which is a seasonal dish right now. The fish itself was a bit ordinary; the meat wasn’t very tender. The sauce around it tasted strange—sour, like mango or maybe pumpkin sauce. I couldn’t quite place it, and it wasn’t very appealing. 🥰We also had a red sauce pasta with shrimp. The shrimp were fried and really absorbed the flavor of the sauce, but the portion was quite large, so we ended up taking a lot of it home. For appetizers, we had roasted Brussels sprouts, which were delicious.
