📷I’ve heard that Jamaican cuisine can be quite appealing to those accustomed to Chinese food, so I decided to check out a local Jamaican spot in Dallas called LynnRich Jamaican Cuisine, which has a 4.9-star rating. It’s located at 2303 Pittman St, Dallas, TX 75208, and opens at 2 pm every day. The owner seems to be unaware of his newfound fame, still wondering why there’s a sudden influx of customers. Haha, he might not know he’s become a TikTok sensation! 🍤When I got there, I found out it’s not a restaurant but a small red food truck. According to other customers, it’s been gaining some popularity on TikTok, with many people coming specifically for the oxtail. The two groups in front of me ordered the same thing, and we all got our food together after a five-minute wait. 🐟The meal cost me $32.48, but there was no option for a tip. It was delicious, and definitely worth the trip! The oxtail has a familiar, comforting flavor—like well-cooked beef stew. The rice and peas were surprisingly tasty. The rice was more flavorful than biryani, and the beans were cooked to a perfect softness. Even though I usually don’t like beans, I enjoyed these.
