Lots of open grass and trees—pack bug spray. 💛 Hours: Closed Mon–Tue. Wed–Sun 10 a.m.–5 p.m. (They’ll shut early for rain or extreme heat—double-check before you go.) Tickets are sold at a self-service kiosk, and the train departs every hour on the hour. Midway through the ride it pauses at a small kiosk where you can grab snacks—options are limited, though, so feel free to bring your own fruit or treats. The leisurely chug through the scenery, munching and gazing out the windows, is half the fun. 💚 Fares: Adults $10, kids 2+ $8, seniors 65+ $8. Service animals welcome.
