Dallas🥗 Michelin-Recommended Fusion Cuisine

This restaurant is located at the heart of the Bishop Arts District, right at the main intersection. When we visited, there was even a Jamaican band performing at the diagonal corner🎶 As the name suggests, the menu changes with the seasons❄️ We went in January and had the Winter 2025 menu. The brunch menu is very simple and straightforward, with clear ingredient listings, but the combinations of ingredients and sauces are unconventional. We ordered the shrimp🦐 and grilled salmon🐟 salads, both of which had unique yet well-balanced flavors. Overall, it perfectly matches the Michelin recommendation's description of the restaurant: "The kitchen isn't afraid to incorporate a little international flavor here and there." Definitely worth trying the dinner menu next time!
