Dallas New Japanese Restaurant: Sushi Nunu 😘

🌟A new Japanese restaurant has opened near Frisco, close to Prosper, called Sushi Nunu. The ambiance is quite nice. The ceilings are high and spacious, and the interior is mostly decorated with wooden structures, giving it a cozy feel. The prices are reasonable. I ordered three items shown in the picture, and it came out to $45 before tax. It’s a bit too much for one person, but it’s just right for two girls. If a couple comes, they can add an appetizer, and it would average out to about $30 per person. ✅Ahi Tower: The flavor is really good, and it looks beautiful when served. The avocado inside is in large, fresh chunks, not avocado puree, which is a big plus. The tuna is also very fresh, with a lighter seasoning compared to many other places where this dish can be overly salty. This portion includes rice, so it’s quite filling. Salmon Sashimi: I was surprised by how beautifully decorated just a few slices of sashimi were. It has a strong sense of ceremony. The sashimi is extremely fresh, with no sinew, and is soft and tender. 🐙Pickled Vegetables: This was a dish I ordered on the recommendation of the waiter. It’s a small octopus, fried. The accompanying dipping sauce has a Korean-style sweet and spicy flavor, and a little goes a long way. Each piece of the octopus is very fresh and bouncy, also tender. The tentacles are super delicious, and the body part is soft. The dish itself is not greasy and has a slight natural saltiness. 😋The only downside to this place, or rather the entire area, is that the mobile signal is extremely poor. Fortunately, the restaurant has Wi-Fi. #DallasLife #DallasEats #Food #NorthAmericanLife #InternationalStudentEats #Sashimi
