Dallas Restaurant Exploration 📍 Best Japanese Cuisine Nearby

Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar is a bit too far, so I decided to try Naminohana instead. It can be considered the little king of Japanese cuisine in the Dallas area. I'm not sure if these two places are owned by the same person, but the decor and menus are quite similar. There might be slight differences in the ingredients, but I couldn't tell since there was too much time between my visits. I only remember that the grilled salmon here was a bit more tender and melted in the mouth, while Hatsuyuki's was a bit sweeter and crispier. Everything I ordered in the picture was delicious. 🦞 Lobster Nigiri (Baked Version): This was amazing. The chef used a blowtorch to grill the lobster, which was fragrant and quite large. 🍣 Grilled Salmon: Based on my previous experience, I went straight for the salmon belly this time—it's always the best. 🥩 Mini Handroll: This time, it didn't feel like a heavenly bite. I tried hard to taste the Wagyu beef but failed and swallowed it with a bit of disappointment. I did taste the sweetness of the sea urchin, though. The price was a bit cheaper, so it's more of a novelty. #DallasGourmet #JapaneseCuisine #TexasSushi #MustTry #fyp
