Dallas restaurant exploration📍 Italian cuisine Fachini
Many friends recommended Fachini, and it also has good ratings. I managed to book a table for Friday's dinner. The atmosphere inside is quite suitable for a date. The restaurant is located in the affluent area of Dallas, and you can go for a stroll after dining. Dining experience: The dessert was decent, and the main course was average. If you've never had lasagna before, you might want to give it a try. Dishes in the picture: 🍞Pre - meal bread: It came with a variety of small dishes, and the taste was quite good and unique. 🍝Lasagna: The signature dish, highly recommended by many, but I found it just so - so. It's just layers of pasta stuck together, topped with classic spaghetti tomato meat sauce. It's essentially a big plate of carbohydrates, and one person definitely can't finish it. 🍋Lemon Fish: This is an entrée, but I forgot its exact name. It looks good but doesn't taste as good. The fish was a bit dry, and the lemon sauce was fine on its own. But when combined with other sauces and seasonings, it just didn't work well. It felt like a dish where the chef thought that putting not - bad - tasting ingredients together would make it delicious, but in reality, it just didn't blend well and ended up being even less tasty. 🍩Chocolate Lava Cake: The only pleasant surprise! I originally wanted to order tiramisu to give it a fair judgment, but since I had so many disappointments before, I decided to follow my own intuition and ordered the lava cake that I liked more. It turned out to be a good choice. The chocolate flavor was just right - not too sweet, not greasy, and not too bitter. When cut open, it had a slightly runny center, with the perfect softness. The garnished berries helped to cut through the richness. The portion was also generous enough for two people to share. #Be a food collector #Global Food and Drink Squad #Ambiance restaurant #Texas
