📍Pie Tap Pizza in Dallas ☀️I highly recommend the Prosciutto pizza here! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water haha. The crust is made of sourdough and is thin and crispy. You can tell that the ingredients are natural and of high quality. It's very chewy and, reportedly, made with only four ingredients! 🍔The pizza is layered with cheese as the base, topped with dates, pistachios, Italian prosciutto, basil leaves, and ricotta cheese, and then drizzled with balsamic vinegar. The combination of sweet and savory flavors is very harmonious. Each bite is truly fragrant and satisfying. The ricotta cheese is in little balls when freshly baked, and it has a different flavor once it melts. 👗Another one is the Mushroom Pie. This combination is quite Chinese-style, and the mushrooms with bacon are a great match. The two runny eggs on top are the finishing touch. The overall flavor is savory, and I think it's even better than the first one! 📝 I recommend everyone to give it a try. It's one of the best pizzas I've ever had!
