Dallas Travel - Food Edition
🏆Terry Black’s BBQ This is a must-try BBQ place in Texas, as recommended by many. We ordered 1/2 lb of brisket and 1 lb of beef ribs. To be honest, I’m not sure if it was because of the high customer traffic, but the BBQ here was a bit cold and the seasoning was uneven. In comparison, The Pit Room in Houston suited our taste better and was more affordable. The creamy corn and salad were still highly recommended as sides. 🌟MIRIAM COCINA LATINA After getting tired of BBQ, Mexican cuisine is another highly recommended option in Texas. My friend said it was the most stomach-pleasing cuisine for me. The restaurant offers free tortilla chips, and the staff even packed a box for me when we left. We ordered shrimp tacos and CARNE ASADA. The satisfaction from the carbs was off the charts. The ambiance of the restaurant is also very nice. By domestic standards, it’s a great spot for couples to have a romantic date. 👍There’s also a row of bar seats, and it would be nice to sit outside if it weren’t too hot. To show our high satisfaction, we generously gave a 20% tip, and the whole meal only cost us $50. By the way, we originally planned to go to another chain restaurant, Mi COCINA (we even explained that the name means “My Kitchen” in advance), but we ended up at MIRIAM COCINA LATINA because the two restaurants are on opposite sides of the street. We even asked the staff if they had certain dishes from Mi COCINA’s menu. That’s all for the restaurant recommendations in Downtown Dallas. 🍽️ #DallasFood
