Dallas Travel Experience for Three Days

This time, I basically ate Chinese food. Since we ordered quite a lot, the average cost per person was around $25. Here are some reviews of the places we visited. My Canh restaurant: It was just okay and I wouldn't really recommend it. We ordered fish-flavored eggplant, oysters, beef brisket noodles, and curry beef brisket rice. The overall feeling was like Americanized Vietnamese Chinese food. Maybe we didn't order the right dishes?🙂 Qilin Pavilion: The dim sum here was quite tasty. There were carts inside so you didn't need to order from a menu. You could pick up some cooked food at the entrance. The taste was similar to the dim sum in the Bay Area. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the durian pastry🙂 (There was a bubble tea place downstairs. The winter melon oolong tea tasted pretty similar to Gong Cha's.) Hot Pot King: We originally wanted to try the nine-grid hot pot, but due to a misunderstanding, we thought Xiangguo Dawang had it... The overall experience was just so-so, and the taste was slightly inferior to the Xiangguo Dawang in the Bay Area. Sichuan Flavor House: Maybe we didn't order enough meat dishes, but it was just okay. The mother's pig's trotter soup was pretty good and worth recommending, although the soup wasn't thick enough and tasted more like chicken soup... I wouldn't recommend the dry-fried green beans🙂 Airport Western Food: We had a meal at the airport because of a flight delay. If you can avoid it, do so. 💥Shopping Highland Park Village: It mainly sells bags and there aren't many stores. It's an open-air place. You can park for free at the rear parking lot. Unless there are some unique stores here, NorthPark Center would be sufficient. NorthPark Center: Neiman Marcus has a pretty complete range of brands here, which is much better than in the Bay Area. It's an indoor mall and quite large. Allen Premium Outlets: There aren't many big brands. It's an outdoor outlet and quite spacious. The discounts are okay? 📌Sightseeing Due to the hot weather and waking up late, we didn't really visit many tourist attractions, so I won't comment too much. The only thing I want to mention is the Instagrammable wall🙂. The one near downtown is really not worth visiting; you'll regret it. I also saw some recommendations for Bishop Arts District, but all I found was a wall with some patterns. I didn't see anything special after looking around a bit. #Dallas #DallasFood #DallasFoodExploration
