Dallas Weekend Fun in the Sun🌞 with Vietnamese Cuisine
🚗We drove halfway across the city just for this bowl of Pho! Authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Dallas. This Vietnamese restaurant is truly worth raving about! We drove for half an hour across half of Dallas, and it was absolutely worth it!💯 📍Ba Le Vietnamese Restaurant, Arlington This area must be the Vietnamese hub of Dallas, surrounded by Vietnamese shops. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with Vietnamese conversations all around, and the place is filled with Vietnamese patrons. We were even mistaken for locals, with the owner speaking to us in rapid Vietnamese. 🍜Must-try recommendations: 1️⃣ Vietnamese Beef Pho: The broth is incredibly fresh—it's like a flavor explosion! There's no artificial taste at all. We ordered the combo, which came with a generous amount of meat and a large, tender beef bone🦴. The variety of herbs provided was more extensive than at other places we've tried, with several I couldn't even name, but they were all incredibly aromatic. We ordered the regular size, and it was a substantial bowl. 2️⃣ Vietnamese Spring Rolls: This time, we opted for grilled pork instead of the traditional shrimprimp. While it was good, I think the shrimp version might be even better. The dipping sauce is a special fish sauce, distinct from the usual peanut sauce. Each bite is pure bliss! 3️⃣ Vietnamese Sandwich: We went for the combo with various meats, and the pig's ear was particularly surprising and delicious. Many people were taking their sandwiches to go. On a side note, the young waiter was really cute and handsome, with that charming, sunny look typical of Southeast Asian guys.☀️ The restaurant also has a dedicated takeout area, where people are constantly lining up to buy colorful items from the fridge. I wasn't sure what they were, so I didn't dare to try. 🌟Tip: Come early or avoid peak hours, as the place gets very crowded and you'll have to wait in line. #DallasFood #VietnameseCuisine #FoodieLife #FoodExploration #MustTryInDallas
