DC’s Affordable Michelin Restaurant Cranes - Trying the New Menu

🍱 Not many Michelin restaurants open for lunch, but if you’re looking for an upscale business lunch without breaking the bank, Cranes is a great option. The lunch bento box with six small dishes is just $45. 🍜 If you’re still hungry, there are additional dishes you can order à la carte. I was feeling lazy, so I went for the omakase to try the new summer menu. No disappointments, though the ramen wasn’t particularly dazzling either – it was a solid 8 out of 10. 🍨 For dessert, I especially loved the chocolate dish. It included goat milk ice cream, melted chocolate caramel, crispy rice puffs, and a dusting of soy bean powder.
