📍DC | Sushi Ogawa 🍣 A Valentine’s Day Surprise + A Super Satisfying Japanese Dining Experience! Visited Sushi Ogawa on Valentine’s Day, and the overall experience was pretty great. The restaurant even added a special touch by gifting us a rose at the end of the meal, which really enhanced the sense of occasion. 💐✨ ✨ Highlights of the Experience: 🍣 The only chef counter in DC, with fresh ingredients, meticulous preparation, and an authentic Japanese atmosphere that’s truly immersive! 🍽 The portions are incredibly generous. Each dish is served with so much sincerity that you’ll definitely leave feeling full—literally! 😂 💖 The service is very attentive, and the chefs are super friendly. One of them is a Chinese chef, which made communication really comfortable. ⚠️ One minor miss: I wouldn’t recommend the red wine. It didn’t taste great and was really hard to swallow. Sake or green tea would be much better pairings! 🌟 Overall, it was a nice experience, perfect for anniversaries, dates, or anyone who loves Japanese food and wants to enjoy a hearty meal. If you’re looking for an authentic chef-counter sushi experience in DC, this place is definitely worth a try! 📌 Sushi Ogawa (Washington, DC) 💰 Price: $$$ (The omakase menu is pricey, but the portions are large.) ⭐ Rating: 🌟🌟🌟 📢 Suitable for: Dates | Anniversaries | Authentic Japanese Dining ⚡ Tips: If you visit on a holiday, there might be a little surprise! 💐 But seriously, skip the red wine! #DCFood #JapaneseCuisine #SushiLovers #SushiOgawa #ChefCounterSushi #Omakase
