Checked out Little Pearl in DC—a restaurant with amazing ambiance, service, and food! We tried their tasting menu—definitely a memorable experience. Located in a residential area, so parking can be a bit tricky. 🚗💨 Highlights: • Wagyu “Beef Salad”: Impressive! A generous layer of Wagyu underneath the greens—rich, fatty, and super flavorful. 🥩🥗 • Angel Egg: Their signature appetizer—a lighter version of deviled eggs with a crispy egg white twist. 🥚✨ • Spring Egg Custard: Smooth, silky steamed egg—delicate and savory. 🍲 • Definitely Not New England Clam Chowder: Topped with apple and scallop in the middle—not your typical chowder, but delicious (a bit salty though!). 🍎🐚 • Desserts: • Not Quite Dessert: Raspberry sorbet with spices—sweet and savory, perfect transition between courses. 🍧 • Final dessert was an ice cream with nut crumbles and meringue—creative and refreshing! 🍨🌰 Overall, a wonderful dining experience—though portions were a bit small.
