DC Date Night Restaurant 💗 The Dabney

Add a touch of ceremony to life, and every day can be a special occasion 💐 The DC food explorer is back! ^ For my first stop, I chose the top-ranked favorite of DC locals, The Dabney. 💕I love the postcards they give out, featuring serene mountains in the distance, a panoramic view of fields, lakes, and mountains, all layered in harmony. It’s like what The Dabney aims to convey, from farm to table. The land is the most mysterious and powerful. 💕💕Whether at the fields or in a high-end restaurant, among countless fancy cooking methods, the ingredients are the key to unlocking delicious flavors. Not as glamorous as other restaurants, nor as romantic as 1789 (which I truly adore), it has a unique elegance. 💕💕💕I went for the $185/6 courses tasting menu The Corn Grits reminded me of the corn cakes from Whole Foods, haha The Wagyu beef ribeye was very juicy with delicate meat. The P10 tart was delicious ☺️ Overall, I found it more to my personal taste than Gravitas.
