DC Georgetown French Dining | Brasserie Liberte🌟
Georgetown is really great for shopping, especially with this kind of weather - perfect for a city walk! There’s also a lot of good food in GT! I’ve been to Brasserie Liberte three times and pretty much tried everything that interested me. The best dish is definitely the duck confit! 🥩 Steak Tartare: This one was quite average, not as good as in other places, and it even had a bit of an odd taste?? 🧅 Onion Soup: Very delicious, but a bit too salty. It’s the authentic taste of French onion soup. 🐌 Escargot: The seasoning on this was so aromatic, yummy! 🦆 Duck Confit: The duck confit, the best dish of the night! The duck skin was crispy. 🍲 Boeuf Bourguinon: Beef stewed in red wine, the beef was tender and delicious. But the portion was huge, not something one person could finish. Still a bit salty, haha. 💰: $60 per person #dmvfoodie #dmvfood #georgetownfood #georgetownhangouts #jhudc #gwu #dmveating
