The pink soybean wrapper is pretty and easy to bite into—savory with a hint of sweet and spicy kick. 🍣 Nigiri – 4/5 Each piece topped with foie gras and caviar—luxurious and well-balanced! 🏆 The Winner – 5/5 A lavish stack of foie gras, eel, tuna, and caviar—over-the-top but incredibly delicious! 🍨 Bird’s Nest Ice Cream – 5/5 Perfectly balanced sweet and salty, with a delightful crunchy texture—a fantastic finish! 💵 Price: $65 per person I’d been putting off visiting because of the distance, but trying it during Restaurant Week totally won me over.
