Bluefin tuna with salsa fresca is incredibly refreshing 🍸. Pairing it with a margarita really transports you to the sunny beaches of Mexico in an instant. ✨ New Zealand Sea Bream This sea bream sashimi is served with sake 🍶. The sake is light-bodied with a very refreshing aftertaste that pairs perfectly with the sashimi. ✨ Kaluga Cavier & Laminated Brioche I would come back just for this bread 🔥. The crust is incredibly crispy, and the inside is fragrant and soft! This dish is paired with Krug, the "Rolls-Royce" of champagne 🍾️.
