💖 Del Mar|Columbus’s Super Instagram-Worthy Date Spot 🍴
We booked this Mediterranean restaurant for Valentine’s Day and it was unexpectedly delicious 😋 — plus incredibly photogenic! Snap away — as long as you’re not disturbing others, even flash photos are fine 📸✨. Now about the food — we ordered three appetizers: 🔥 Spicy Lamb Sausage — really interesting, tasted more like a thin cheesy flatbread pizza. Not spicy at all but tasty — though the lamb flavor is quite strong, so avoid if you’re sensitive to that. 🥑 Salmon Crudo — basically avocado salad with raw salmon, served with sesame crisps. Refreshing and tasty, though the salmon alone got a bit fishy once the crisps were gone. Decent but not amazing. 🐙 Charred Octopus — SO GOOD, my favorite of the three! Tender yet chewy with a nice smoky char, paired with a tangy sauce that cuts through the richness — so appetizing! Two main courses, both hits: 🍝 Lobster Pasta — saw tons of recommendations beforehand and it lived up to the hype! A must-order. The pasta is cooked softer and thinner than usual, almost like Chinese tomato noodle soup — loved it! The lobster meat was plentiful, bouncy, and super satisfying 🦞. 🐟 Sea Bass — also delicious! The fish was incredibly tender, served over a tomato-based broth that was perfect for dipping. Sea bass itself has this lovely buttery aroma too. #DateNightSpot #PrettyFood #VibeDining #ColumbusFood #Columbus #EastonColumbus
