Just in time before leaving town, I caught this year’s Dine LA restaurant week—and immediately booked a table at my favorite Italian spot: Civico 2064! 🗓️🇮🇹 The ambiance here is truly special, with classic black-and-white films playing behind the bar, soft lighting, and an intimate, welcoming vibe. 🎬🕯️ For Dine LA, they offer both a traditional menu and a fully vegan menu—perfect for different tastes! Since there were three of us, we tried one of each course from the traditional menu and shared everything. 🥂👌 Highlights from our meal: 🥗 Appetizers: All were delicious, but the zucchini blossom stood out—crisp, delicate, and beautifully seasoned! 🍝 Pasta: We loved the smoky (fusilli) and the rich, creamy gnocchi in white sauce—both cooked al dente and full of flavor. 🍮 Dessert: The chocolate puff pastry was the perfect sweet ending—decadent but not too heavy! Located in a charming corner of Los Feliz, Civico 2064 is ideal for a date night, a friends’ gathering, or simply treating yourself to authentic Italian cuisine.
