Dining at a Mexican Restaurant in San Juan

🌈This La Madre Mexican restaurant in the old town was already more than half full when we arrived . šŸ’›The red brick walls were adorned with painted ceramic plates, and the servers wore traditional embroidered shirts. 🄯Drinks were freshly made and served promptly. The mango margarita had a finely salted rim, while the churros were crispy on the outside and soft inside, complemented by chocolate sauce with just the right level of sweetness. 🄨The beef tacos were generously filled, and the accompanying salsa had noticeable chunks of tomato. šŸ§€ Service efficiency varied—our dishes arrived quickly, while the neighboring table had to wait a bit longer. šŸ®Seats at the bar offer a view of the chefs making tortillas on the spot. We truly enjoyed this charming restaurant—it’s a great spot for lunch and/or dinner in Old San Juan. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. Definitely recommended! #SanJuan #MexicanCuisine #OldTownEats
