🍕This Mexican restaurant has built quite a reputation locally. Recently, the ten of us went there for lunch, and our overall experience was a mix of positives and drawbacks. 🍕The margaritas at Boulder's Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant are truly commendable—authentically crafted with distinct flavors. 🍹My wife and I both ordered enchiladas: she chose the spinach filling, while I went for the sautéed chicken verde. I specifically asked for mine to be spicy and was told they would add hot peppers on top. 🍹The dish indeed arrived with a green sauce, but the spiciness was minimal—likely just the standard verde sauce.
