Dining Out in Lyon โ A Great Restaurant Experience ๐ฝ๏ธ
Important Notes First!โผ๏ธ Make sure to book a reservation in advance, and ordering is done by scanning a QR code ๐ฒ๐ค๐ป๐ค๐ป๐ค๐ป This is a popular restaurant in the 2nd arrondissement of Lyon. Iโve been to the restaurant next door many times and somehow never noticed this gem! The walls are decorated with plates (perfect for Insta pics ๐ธ), plus thereโs a wall of wine casksโso mesmerizing! ๐ทโจ They also have some chic lamps and paintings, making the place feel like a mini museum. ๐ผ๏ธ๐ก Hereโs what I ordered: ๐ Matsutake Mushroom Cream Pasta Recommendation Rating: ๐๐๐๐ The portion was huge, but it did get a bit rich toward the end. If you donโt like overly creamy dishes, I suggest sharing it with a friend. But for me, I finished it all, haha (it was delicious!). ๐ ๐ฅ Bacon and Ham Platter Recommendation Rating: ๐๐๐ The meat was quite salty, but when you wrap it in the little fried dough balls (which taste exactly like mini churros!), it balances out nicely. ๐๐ฅ ๐ฅ Italian Wine Recommendation Rating: ๐๐๐๐๐ Take your time with this one! At first, it has a light rosรฉ champagne + cocktail vibe, but as you sip more, it develops a lemony flavor, almost like pink lemonade. It was really good! ๐พ๐ It seemed like they garnished it with lavender on top. ๐ธ #DiningOut #FoodieLife #Restaurant #France #Lyon #LyonRestaurants
