🍜 Dinner in Corpus Christi = Chinese Food! 🥢

After doing laundry, we headed out for dinner and ended up at… a Chinese restaurant! 😯 Yeah, you read that right — even in a southern coastal city like Corpus Christi, you can find Chinese food 🥡🌊. I’ve actually eaten at Chinese spots in even smaller towns, so this wasn’t too surprising. And hey — Corpus isn’t that small after all! We ordered: 🥒 Cucumber Salad – Refreshing and crunchy! 🥦 Cauliflower with Chili – Flavorful and just the right amount of spice 🌶️👍 🥩 Pepper Meat – Tender and well-seasoned — definitely a win! 🐟 Fish – It was frozen, not my favorite 😕… (I prefer fresh!) The total came to $122, and we left a $25 tip 💵👏. Not bad for a random Chinese food find in a beach town! Would I come back?
