Discover Canberra | π¦ Aussie Cuties
Hello everyone, π₯π₯π₯Kangaroos are creatures that inspire both love and frustration. Some friends chose to study in Australia because they adore kangaroos, while others travel to Australia solely to catch a glimpse of wild kangaroos. Living in Australia, you can never be unfamiliar with kangaroos. Driving at night, you might encounter them unexpectedly, and they could even cause damage to your car. Here are some places where I often go to see or photograph kangaroos: π Mulligans Flat Nature Reserve It's close to my home, so I often go there to hang out. It can be said to be a hidden gem of a nature reserve in Canberra. π Weston Park The kangaroos here are easier to photograph up close. How close? I took a photo there where a kangaroo just raised its paw, as if waving hello to me. π Red Hill Every October, the hill is covered with small purple wildflowers. It's an excellent spot for taking photos of both pets and kangaroos β you can check out picture 4. Of course, there are many other places in Canberra to spot kangaroos. They can be found in almost every nature reserve, even by the roadside. For example, at the University of Canberra (UC) or Nicholls Golf Course. Fellow friends are welcome to add more suggestions in the comments. Also, I hope everyone will try not to disturb the kangaroos' lives when watching or photographing them. As for cameras, there are no specific requirements, but a telephoto lens is a must β the longer, the better. After all, if you get too close or make sudden movements, the kangaroos will run away.πππ #CanberraLife #CanberraPhotography #CanberraTravel #DiscoverCanberra #Kangaroo
