The first floor is a bar🍺, and the second floor is the dining area, both furnished with wooden tables and chairs🪵. The ceiling is adorned with little decorative lights, making it feel like you’re camping under a starry night✨. (It somehow reminds me of the lyrics “Bottled stars are the night sky’s new invention.”) 🍽️ Menu Highlights 1. BOURBON GLAZED ST. LOUIS PORK RIBS Top 1🥇 favorite! Surprisingly, it comes with my favorite crispy bones!! The ribs are perfectly roasted—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It’s amazing‼️ 2. 18-HOUR PIT COOKED PULLED PORK Second favorite. The pork is incredibly tender and flavorful, living up to the 18-hour cooking time⏰. 3. ZEKE'S COFFEE RUBBED BRISKET Third favorite. The brisket is well-marbled, not greasy or dry. The meat selection is spot-on. However, dipping it in the sauce is a must, otherwise it might taste a bit bland. (I personally recommend the p4 coffee sauce, which is not sweet and perfectly seasoned🥫) 4. SMOKED BREWER'S BEAZLY BRATWURST It’s just a regular German🇩🇪 sausage. It doesn’t have the same robust flavor or the crispy skin that bursts with juice💥 when you bite into it, like the ones you’d find in a German restaurant. 5.
