(PS: Make sure to visit the Rockville Town Center location — that’s where the Michelin-starred chef is stationed! 👨🍳) From start to finish, it was an absolute delight for the taste buds: 🌊 Pacific Sea Bream 🌊 Deep-sea Anglerfish Liver 🐟 Japanese Sea Bass, Bluefin Tuna, Scallop with Black Truffle 🐂 Miyazaki A5 Wagyu, Hawaiian Spot Prawn, Hokkaido Uni... 🤣 And the uni hand roll was absolutely insane — stacked high like a “little golden mountain” ⛰️! I almost wondered if the chef thought I might still be hungry… so he made me another one! 🥹❤️ This meal truly felt like a journey through the world of sushi — each bite was pure magic! Even after the toughest workday, one piece of sushi can heal the soul 💗.
