This place might look a bit untrustworthy from the outside, but their pizza is seriously delicious 🤌🤌🤌 Carrettiera ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 Basilico Alla Genovese ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 The dough is perfectly proofed and baked just right, resulting in a pizza that’s fluffy and chewy. It’s a cut above your average fast-food pizza. The first red sauce pizza was a bit soft and collapsed because of the generous filling and sauce. The white sauce pizza, on the other hand, preserved the dough’s flavor and texture. Although putting eggplant on a pizza might sound like a sin according to the menu, it actually pairs incredibly well with no weirdness at all. This pizza gets my vote for the most surprising one I’ve eaten this year! If you’re near Union Square, you definitely need to give it a try!
