DMV BrickCity Lego Exhibition|National Building Museum 🧱🏛️
📍 National Building Museum 401 F St NW, Washington, DC 20001 About the Exhibition: BrickCity is a special Lego art exhibition by UK Lego artist Warren Elsmore 🧩🎨. It features iconic buildings and landmarks from around the world, all built from Lego bricks—including Sydney Harbour, the Roman Colosseum, the Forbidden City, a massive St Pancras railway station, and even a Lego version of the Mona Lisa! 🖼️🌍 ⏰ Opening Hours: Thursday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday / Monday: 10 AM – 4 PM Closed Tuesday & Wednesday ❌ 📅 Exhibition Dates: 2023 – 2025 🎫 Tickets: Adults: $10 💵 Children / Students: $7 🎒 💃 Personal Experience: Great for families with kids—there’s a special Lego building zone for little ones! 👧🧒 The exhibition itself is smaller than expected (one large room), but packed with impressive Lego creations 🧱✨. After the Lego exhibit, you can explore the rest of the museum—the interior is stunning, especially the central fountain ⛲️, which looks amazing in photos from the second floor! 📸 I went on a weekday, so it wasn’t crowded—had a relaxed, enjoyable time wandering alone 🚶♀️💫. The cashier at the gift shop was super sweet too! ☺️🛍️ Plus, many museums in DC are within walking distance—afterwards, you can easily visit nearby spots like the Natural History Museum 🦖🌿. #DMV #DMVExhibits #WashingtonDC #TravelUSA #MuseumWorthy #MuseumLife #LegoExhibition #BrickCity #NationalBuildingMuseum #FamilyFriendlyDC #KidActivities #LegoArt #DCThingsToDo #WeekendIdeas #ArchitectureLovers #PhotoSpot #CulturalDC #ExploreDC #2023Exhibit
