DMV Eats | Seoul Prime Korean BBQ Offers Top-Notch Service
📍Seoul Prime The short version: Great meat, top service, worth a visit! ✨ p1: The combo meal in the pic is for two people. Overall, the meat is excellent. It looks like a small plate, but it’s quite enough for two to share. ✨ p2: The banchan and steamed egg are refillable. When the server comes to clear the plates, they’ll ask if you want a refill. Feel free to ask! The steamed egg is particularly delicious – so bouncy, like jelly! The banchan isn’t as good as other Korean home-style dishes, but they have mashed potatoes! Thumbs up!! ✨ p3: The additional shishito peppers I ordered were a last-minute choice since they were out of uni that day 🥲. Shishito peppers are just okay, nothing special. ✨ p4: The included salad and soup are quite refreshing with the BBQ. The soup is appetizing and warms you up on a cold day. It’s filled with meat too! It’s served in a clay pot, and the server will help pour it into small bowls. ✨ p5: The meat and veggies in the grill are taken care of by the server. You don’t have to lift a finger, and they control the cooking temperature perfectly. They’ll also ask you for your preferred doneness. ✨ p6: The sorbet is free, but if it’s not good, it’s not good. Don’t waste your money on it 😂. It’s better to go next door to Kyo Matcha for green tea ice cream after your meal. Overall, it’s a great experience with good food, service, and ambiance. Perfect for a date or a small gathering with friends. I’d go back just to try the uni rice! Parking is available downstairs or in the back parking lot.
