Chercher Ethiopian Restaurant & Mart 📍 1334 9th St NW, Washington, DC 20001 We ordered the Chercher Vegan Deluxe – a beautiful platter with a variety of vegan dishes arranged in a circle around the center. In the middle, we added chicken, and on either side, we added beef! 🍗🥩 It’s all served with soft, slightly tangy "towel rolls" (injera bread 🫓), which you use to scoop up the food with your hands. You can even ask for more injera if you run out! The experience was so fun and unique – and the flavors were absolutely delicious!
