DMV Family Fun | National Capital Trolley Museum šŸš‹

There’s a trolley museum not far from our home—and you can ride as many trolleys as you want! šŸ˜† Can’t believe I never noticed it before! It’s truly a hidden gem for family fun in Maryland! The tickets are pretty reasonable—just over $36 for a family of three šŸŽŸļø, and there’s free parking right outside. Inside the museum, there are working trolleys with guides explaining the history of each model šŸ˜‚ (I’ll be honest—I didn’t catch all the details!). The trolleys run about once an hour, so if you’re patient, you can hop on and off as much as you like—no extra ticket needed! There’s even an open-air trolley! 🌟 Besides the real trolleys, the museum has model displays, historical videos, and a craft room where kids can build a small airplane model using popsicle sticks and clothespins to take home! āœˆļøšŸ§“ We rode the trolley, made two little planes, rode the trolley again, and headed home happy and tired! Today, our first trolley ride was at 1:30 PM, and the second one was at 2:30 PM—helpful for those just coming for the rides! ā° Have you visited this museum or a similar trolley or train spot with your kids?
