DMV Food|Rebirth: Eating Indian Food in the U.S.A. 🇺🇸🇮🇳
I know it might sound niche 😂, but this Indian restaurant is actually pretty famous—and surprisingly good! I was genuinely impressed by their spinach crisps! 🤩 🏠 Rasika 📍 633 D St NW, Washington, DC 20004 —————— 🥬 Palak Chaat – Crispy Spinach A hit among my friends! The spinach is fried super thin and crispy, full of flavor—great with drinks! 🍻✨ 🍆 Tawa Baingan – Potato & Eggplant Stack Tastes a lot like Chinese braised eggplant—familiar and comforting! 🍆👌 🥦 Cauliflower Bezule – Indian-style Fried Cauliflower Unexpectedly tasted like Korean kimchi 😂 but still pretty tasty! 🥦🔥 🍛 Chicken Masala No need to explain much 😂 but this masala was actually enjoyable—my friends and I finished it all! The chicken was tender too—really not bad! We also ordered a flatbread to go with it (think it was called Laccha—definitely not the garlic naan they served) and it was great! 🫓❤️ We also tried a fish curry and okra—both were just okay, not really recommended. 🤷♀️ About $60–70 per person 💸 #DMVFood #DMVFoodReview #DMVEats #IndianCuisine #WashingtonDCEats #DCfoodie #HiddenGem #SpinachSnack #ComfortFood #FlavorExploration #CulturalBites #UnexpectedTaste #FoodAdventure #RestaurantRaves #MustTryDC #FoodieFinds #CrispyGoodness #SpiceItUp #EatLocal #RebirthOnAPlate
