DMV Food | Ultra-Delicate Italian Restaurant
The pasta with white sauce is particularly delicious. 😋 The texture is different from traditional Italian pasta; it has a 🍜 udon-like feel, super chewy! They seem to have shredded 🥬 kale; it’s a pure vegetarian dish, great for cutting through the richness. There was a half-cooked beef 🐂 tartare that was a menu special at the time. It was a bit too salty overall and not as good as the raw version. The classic Italian 🍕 flavored pizza, freshly baked, is super aromatic, with a crispy crust, and the 🧀 cheese can stretch – a must-order! The roasted eggplant 🍆 is quite unique, a sweet preparation of eggplant, definitely recommended! The tomato-flavored pasta is the traditional taste you’d expect, with a wide noodle similar to our 🍝 hand-cut noodles, haha. The fish is super tender, almost melting in the mouth. The staff debones it for us after serving, and the saltiness is just right, perfectly highlighting the fish’s natural freshness!! There’s a flame 🔥 dessert that photographs really well, but it was a bit too sweet because they poured too much chocolate 🍫 sauce on top. However, the pistachio gelato at the end was surprisingly delicious, an unexpectedly wonderful treat!! Average cost: Google says it’s $50-100, depending on your preference. #dmv #dmvfoodexploration #washingtonfood #fooddaily #dmvfood #italiancuisine
