DMV Food Review|Boston Uyghur Cuisine 🫓✨
Suddenly craving Uyghur food today, so I visited this spot in Arlington. Overall, a great experience—no regrets! 😋 🌟 Dry Fried Soman You HAVE to order this stir-fried noodle dish! You can choose beef or chicken 🥩🍗. So fragrant with real wok hei (breath of the wok) energy! 🔥 🌟 Polo (Uyghur Lamb Pilaf) Takes about 15 mins to prepare, but totally worth the wait! The rice is sweet and sticky, and the lamb is incredibly tender. 🍖🍚 🌟 Beef Manta (Uyghur Dumplings) I originally wanted pumpkin beef manta, but they were out of pumpkin… Still delicious though! The onions inside really enhance the flavor. 🥟🧅 🌟 Big Plate Chicken (Dapanji) The star of the show! Huge portion for just over $20… We couldn’t finish it—ended up taking a whole box of just the wide noodles home. Super high value! 🍗🥘 🌟 Lamb Skewers So tender, zero gamey taste! Originally ordered for my roommate, but I ended eating half of one 😂. Didn’t try the beef skewers—saving that for next time! 🍢 🌟 Liangpi (Cold Skin Noodles) Pretty standard, but the yellow rice skin was a unique touch! 🥒 🍰 Dessert: Chocolate Honey Cake I’m not a big sweets person, but this was perfectly balanced—not too sweet! Absolutely loved it 😍❤️ The owner was super friendly, and the Uyghur girl working there was so beautiful 😊💖 #DMVFood #DMVEats #UyghurCuisine #BigPlateChicken #LambPilaf #WashingtonDCFood #ArlingtonEats #UyghurFood #XinjiangCuisine #NoodleLover #ComfortFood #HiddenGem #FoodReview #TrySomethingNew #LambSkewers #FoodieShare
