🍝 Gregorio’s Trattoria 🍝 Potomac, Maryland 🍝 Currently has 3 locations in MD and one in Reston, VA 🍝 Walk-ins welcome 🍝 Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5 🏞️ Clean and spacious atmosphere 🧻 Restrooms are well-maintained 🚗 Plenty of parking available in the plaza outside the restaurant It seems like this is my second time recommending a pasta-focused restaurant—but hey, I just can’t resist good pasta! 🍝🤣 The owner is Italian 🇮🇹, and while the food might have a slight American twist, the handmade pasta and pizza are absolutely delicious! When ordering, you can swap your pasta shape if you have a favorite—I love switching between linguine and penne depending on my mood! 😉 The meal starts with complimentary bread served with their light tomato dip. Simple but tasty! 👍🏻 My friend is a huge fan of New York-style pizza 🍕—thin, soft crust—and Gregorio’s totally delivers! We usually share a small pizza and each order a pasta dish. 🍝 If you’re like me and love sprinkling red pepper flakes on your pizza, go wild! I always add them—it’s a must for extra flavor! 🌶️😄 One dish I highly recommend is the Seafood Asparagus Pasta. It’s amazing with either linguine or penne! A few years back, you could even ask for it baked—not sure if they still do that, but it’s worth asking! 😉 Dessert-wise, I’ve tried their tiramisu… but honestly, it didn’t stand out. I’ve had better from Whole Foods, so maybe skip it and save room for more pasta! 😅 🍝 Here’s what you should order—no regrets! • Seafood Asparagus Pasta (with vodka/rose sauce—my personal fave!
